Congratulations to AHA member Klaus Neumann, whose book Across the Seas: Australia’s Response to Refugees: A History has won the 2016 CHASS Australia Prize for a Book. The prize, announced on 21 October, was awarded to the Australian writer whose non-fiction book published in 2015 contributed most to Australian cultural and intellectual life.
