The theme of the conference is ‘Centre and Periphery,’ broadly interpreted, but papers on any historical topic will be considered. Papers on either New Zealand or non-New Zealand topics from any period are welcome.
The deadline for abstracts has been extended to the end of August.

Celebrating Calvin
A two-day conference offering international and local perspectives on Calvin, with particular reference to historical and theological influences in New Zealand, will be held at Knox College on 24 and 25 of August 2009. There will be two international keynote speakers, Professor Randall Zachman (University of Notre Dame) and Professor Elsie McKee (Princeton Theological Seminary), together with a strong local lineup, including Peter Matheson, Murray Rae, Alison Clarke, Angela McCarthy, John Stenhouse, John Roxborogh and Jason Goroncy.
Cost: $60, and $40 for students. This includes the cost of morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea at Knox College.
