The Diploma of Family History is one of the College’s flagship programmes. The School of Humanities is seeking applicants with demonstrated expertise in a relevant field of research (e.g. public history, life writing) to coordinate and expand this offering. The incumbent will also demonstrate expert knowledge in fully online teaching methods and pedagogy, including agile and adept communication skills. Based in Hobart or Launceston, you will be responsible for delivering a sustainable programme, as well as leading the development and delivery of associated initiatives such as Masters by Coursework, short-courses and/or micro-credentialing. State-wide, interstate travel and some weekend work are requirements of the position. The Lecturer/Senior Lecturer’s research will focus on a field of research related to the teaching program. This is a full time, ongoing position.
