Look for reviews of the Holocaust permanent exhibition at the Australian War Memorial, The Popular Pet Show at the National Portrait Gallery and The Sell at the National Library, Scates and Oppenheimer’s book on soldier settlers, Avan Judd Stallard’s book on Terra Incognita Australis, notes on the 1916 coal strike and the passing of Peak Anzac (a century later) plus some 1918 advice to history teachers.
