Reading Dutch for Historical Research Course, Western Australian Museum

The West Australian Museum is pleased to announce that it will offer a special two-week adult learning course, Reading Dutch for Historical Research, at the Maritime Museum in February 2020. The course will be taught by Prof Robert Cribb of ANU. Dutch is one of the most important European languages for undertaking research on Asian history and is especially important for the study of Indonesian society, culture and environment. This course focuses on the basic skills needed to read 19th and 20th century Dutch. Places are limited, and booking required.
